Self-introduction
I am a company engineer in my early 30s. Traveling has been my life passion since I traveled around Japan by myself when I was 23 years old. My first trip abroad was at the late age of 24, but I also had the opportunity to be stationed in Russia for 3 years, and since joining the company, I have visited about 50 countries and 100 cities, mainly in Europe and Asia. After returning to Japan, I got married and now live in Kansai. I would like to introduce sightseeing spots that I have visited and felt good about visiting, including how to get there in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost, and the highlights of each place. I have neither writing skills nor design sense, but I would like to gradually contribute articles at my own pace.
About the theme of this blog
I would like to introduce the tourist attractions that I have visited and felt good about in this blog, including time- and cost-effective ways to get there and what to see in each area. There are three main reasons for starting this blog.
The first is to keep a record of all the trips I have taken. I have been thinking “I have been to a lot of places and I would like to write about them” for a long time, but it seems that I will not be able to go on a long trip for a while because of Corona, so I wanted to take stock of my trips while I still have time. Also, my wife does not have much experience traveling abroad, but I promised her when we got married that I would take her abroad a lot someday, so I wanted to keep this information for reference when I fulfill that promise.
The second reason is that I wanted to use the experience and knowledge I have gained so far to help others. I am often asked by friends and acquaintances for recommendations on sightseeing spots and how to get there, etc. Through this blog, I would like to provide information that will be useful to many more people. I would also like to provide information on problems and precautions while traveling.
The third is for earnings. If I travel abroad with my wife (or family), the cost will double, so I hope that the earnings from the blog will help to support the trip.
